Next Steps

So you’re a new NSG member…welcome!  Below is some information regarding your next steps.

Soon you should receive a sales receipt verifying your membership status with NSG (this typically takes 1-5 business days).  If you do not, check your junk box.  The receipts are sent through our accounting software so they are often forwarded as spam.

*If you currently use Suburban/Pyrofax:

We notify Suburban/Pyrofax of new members every Monday.   They will make the necessary adjustments to your account to reflect our price structure.  There is nothing else required on your end.

*If you currently have a supplier other than Suburban/Pyrofax:

You will need to establish an account with them and schedule a safety inspection.  Contact Suburban at 1-800-PROPANE to start this process or see a list of local office numbers below.  Be sure to indicate on your paperwork that you are a member of Neighborhood Savings Group so that your pricing is set up correctly.  Your member ID is located on the lower left corner of your receipt.
